Radeux

The Google Business Profile work, run every week.

Radeux runs the Google Business Profile work for marketing agencies in the United States and the United Kingdom. We publish the posts, add the photographs, answer the reviews and watch the listing for changes. The agency keeps the client relationship. We keep the schedule.

Agencies work with us under their own name. We do not contact their clients, we do not compete with them, and we do not say who we work with.

What we do

The same work, on the same schedule, every week. None of it depends on the agency or the business remembering to ask for it.

  • Posts

Published on a schedule, written from the business's own material rather than invented.

  • Photographs and video

Added continuously, so the profile does not fall silent a month after it was built, which is where most of them end up.

  • Review replies

Every review answered within 24 hours, seven days a week, in the business's own voice, positive and negative alike. Anything at three stars or below is flagged to the agency at the same time.

  • The questions customers ask

Google removed the questions and answers feature from profiles during 2025. The need did not go away, so the answers go into posts, services and the business description instead, where Google's own systems can still find them.

  • Monitoring

Categories, hours, attributes, services and contact details watched for silent changes, including the edits Google applies without asking.

  • A monthly record

What was published, what was answered, what changed on the profile, and what it looked like before we started.

A typical week

An illustration of the cadence on a single profile. Not a record of any particular client.

Always on

Mon

A post goes out, built from the client's own photographs and services.

Tue

Two reviews answered, one of them a three star, which is also flagged to the agency.

Wed

Four photographs added to the profile.

Thu

A common customer question turned into a post, and the services list updated to match.

Fri

Opening hours checked against the business's own website. A category change is flagged to the agency.

Sat

A review arrives at nine in the evening and is answered.

Sun

Nothing scheduled. Monitoring continues.

How access works

The software is called Radeux Profile Manager. When a business approves it, it signs in to Google with that permission, adds Radeux as a Manager on that business's Google Business Profile, and from then on reads and updates that profile. It does not read the Google account's email, files, contacts or calendar, and it has no ability to.

Manager access is granted by the business owner, or by an agency that already owns the profile. If you are a business owner who has been asked to approve this, four things are worth knowing.

  • You keep ownership. Manager access lets us do the work. It does not let us remove you, transfer the listing or take the profile away from you.
  • You can remove us in under a minute. Open the People and access screen of your own Business Profile and remove Radeux as a manager. Separately, you can withdraw the sign in permission at myaccount.google.com/permissions. They are two different screens and doing one does not do the other.
  • We only act on what you approved. Replying to reviews, publishing posts and editing the listing are agreed separately, before anything happens, and your choices are recorded. We do not keep your Google sign in after access has been set up.
  • If you were not expecting this, check with your agency first, using a phone number or email address you already had for them rather than one from the message that brought you here. We would rather you did.

The name on Google's permission screen will be Radeux Profile Manager, not your agency's name. That is expected. Google shows the name registered against the software, and the software is ours, because your agency works with us. Your agreement is still with your agency.

We are bound by Google's rules for third parties who manage profiles on behalf of businesses. Those rules require your explicit permission before anyone acts on your profile, and require you to be told when access to your profile changes. Google Business Profile itself is free. What is paid for is the work of running it.

What we do not do

Being specific about the boundary is more useful than a longer list of features.

  • We do not promise rankings. We promise the work, on a schedule, with a response time we hold ourselves to.
  • We do not touch your website, your advertising or anything outside the Business Profile.
  • We do not contact your customers, other than replying publicly to reviews they have already left.
  • We do not sell the business data we handle, use it for advertising, or let anyone train models on it.
  • We do not take over the client relationship. If you are an agency, your client stays yours.

Who we are

Radeux is operated by Radeux US LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States. It was founded and is run by CJ Rademeyer, working from South Africa, for marketing agencies in the United States and the United Kingdom.

We are small, deliberately. If you write to us, CJ reads it and CJ answers it.

Request an audit

Send us a list of the businesses you manage, or the links to their Google profiles, and we will check up to twenty five of them and send back what each one is missing and what it would take to fix. There is no charge, no call and no obligation. Usually back within two working days.

The audit reads public profile information only. Nothing is changed, and no access to your accounts is needed.
